How to use Kigose
We were checking the behavior of the visitors that used Kigose today and found out that most visitors performed web search, about 85% from total searches. Only less than 20% performed video search, image search and others. This gives us question, do they know how to use Kigose? We know that the search category in our homepage was not really vivid but the search category in the search page is clearly seen.
In this case, we plan to make a guideline (either in video, slide presentation, images or text) about how to use Kigose. However, we think it would be better if we carry out a survey before so that we really know what our visitors really need. We hope to get useful feedback soon.
